“Nondas” Apartments

“Nondas” Apartments was the dream of “repatriation” from Athens to the island, for the owner Nondas Kalafatis. They operate since 1986, having been renovated three times.
This is a family business addressed to families and companies of friends who seek home accommodation during their holidays, in a calm natural environment. Along the many years that the apartments are in business, the creation of simple, human and familiar relations with our customers is a constant value.

Description

The “Nondas” block of apartments, consists of four self-catering, fully renovated apartments. 3 of them with a capacity of up to 4 people, have a comfortable master bedroom with king size bed as well as twin beds in the open plan living room with kitchen. One of them, with a capacity of up to 2 people, has a comfortable, open space with a comfortable double bed and a kitchen. W.C.s have a shower in all apartments. All “Nontas” apartments have sea views. The apartments on the first floor have amphitheater balconies, while those on the ground floor each have their own, surrounded by green flower beds, terrace.

Location

Nondas Apartments are located in the area of Lassi, which is only 3 km far from the capital of the island, Argostoli. It is a place ideal for the visitor who wants to enjoy the tranquility of the natural landscape but without being deprived of the services offered by the city.
The Blue Flag awarded beaches of Makrys Gialos and Platys Gialos are 150 meters from the accommodation. These are two of the most beautiful and famous beaches of the island, with well-organized tourist facilities.
About 30 meters away is the main street of Lassi, providing guests with countless services that facilitate holidays such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, car rental agencies, ATMs, etc.
The Lassi area is just 7 kilometers from the island’s airport and has frequent public transport to and from Argostoli.
